Continuous interaction and involvement with adolescents through residential mode of education has enabled SANDHAN to develop an in-depth understanding of their issues and needs. Hence SANDHAN was logical choice for Mahila Samakhya initiatives across the country to extend technical input. SANDHAN extends Support to Mahila Samakhya initiatives within the broad overview of:

	Developing an understanding of concepts and application of effective functional pedagogy (specially focusing on accelerated learning techniques), concept of effective functional learning materials and classroom transaction.
	Ways to understand and address the challenges that arise during teaching process.
	Develop a conceptual understanding of subjects (language, Mathematics EVS)
	Conceptual clarity of life skill education, its necessity to weave it in meaningful educational engagement. (these include understanding the mode of weaving; linkages with learning needs and styles of the students in their cultural context.
