Capacity Building, informing as well as broadening the knowledge base is a constant endeavor. This assumption forms the base for capacity building initiatives. SANDHAN extends training to the educational managers on content, themes/ issues viz gender, Life skill education, pedagogy etc. Educational Managers include teachers, key resource persons and personnel of Rajasthan Council of Elementary Education, NPEGEL and KGBV schemes. Faculty members of SANDHAN are inclusive in this process. Reflective and academic sessions are a regular feature within the group.
